First person in makes the first pot. Every pot after that is made by person who drinks the last cup.

That's the understood rule here. Although not everyone does it. It's just common courtesy to me to refill the pot.
We're also supposed to pay 25 cents a cup and not everyone does that either.
I don't let other people ruin my day though.

We use a single-cup Community Coffee maker. So everyone fixes their own.
It's not a Keurig, though we have one collecting dust in there too. It uses little packets.

Our janitorial staff is an outside contractor, they are not allowed to drink our coffee.
We actually do a coffee club and buy decent coffee rather than communal crap.
Since we go through a pound every two days, it's always fresh.

The Skirts, as far as I know. My girl brings me a cup when I get in. She checks back periodically to see if I need a refill too. I hire them right.

We have a Keurig type machine and a coffee service that comes once every 2 weeks to bring us different K cups, hot chocolate, sugar, sweetener, creamer, stirrers, cups, lids etc.

Whoever wants coffee makes coffee. Common courtesy to brew a fresh pot if you drink the last of it (unless it's 5 PM).

unfortunately I get to work an hour before any of them so I'm on my own
