Shocker! Mmmmmbeer isn’t concerned when protesters attack private property. But government buildings are sacrosanct.

One might assume all political protests would focus on government buildings instead of looting Targets but maybe not.

You had no problem with the orchestrated coup attempt last year under the Russia collusion facade.

You’re just a leftist hack with no principles. You’ll always, 100% no matter what, take the leftist position. It would be so simple to say “the BLM and antifa rioters should have been dealt with just like the MAGA folks” but you can’t do it.

These are your people, hack. This is what you voted for and this is the country you yearn for:

Suddenly liberals care about police and rule of law and maintaining order. Wonder why.

The MAGA crowd doesnt have a beef with police. Why would they shoot them?

That MAGA crowd beat a Capitol officer to death with a fire extinguisher.

I have seen nothing that says the officer died of injuries. He only states he collapsed after an altercation. Cite your reference.

At approximately 9:30 p.m. this evening (January 7, 2021), United States Capitol Police Officer Brian D. Sicknick passed away due to injuries sustained while on-duty.

Officer Sicknick was responding to the riots on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol and was injured while physically engaging with protesters.  He returned to his division office and collapsed.  He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.  The death of Officer Sicknick will be investigated by the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch, the USCP, and our federal partners.

Agreed.

She stupidly loved the Constitution and believed she could protest like the Left did all throughout 2020 leading up to the election. She learned the hard way there are two sets of rules.

You aren't looking very hard if you haven't seen why he died.

The U.S. Capitol Police said in a statement that Officer Brian D. Sicknick was injured “while physically engaging with protesters” during the Wednesday riot. He is the fifth person to die because of the Capitol protest and violence.

During the struggle at the Capitol, Sicknick, 42, was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher, two law enforcement officials said.

Already read that. And it is exactly what I stated earlier. No mention of a fire extinguisher or being beaten. Only that he had injuries and collapsed. He is dead and I do not want to diminish his loss. But we are being very careless in how we are describing what happened. Need to tone the rhetoric down.

I know you understand the difference, but I’ll point it out again. It’s not like they jumped over the theater ropes at the Lincoln memorial and got shot dead. They stormed into the Capitol building while Congress was in session (including the Vice President), with the explicitly stated purpose of forcing them to still stop certifying the results of a presidential election. If you don’t think that is a big deal, well, you might be a terrorist too.

Once again, I know you know all this, because your only retort is “bUt ThEy dIdNt ShOoT tHe BlAcK pEoPlE!!!! MuH DuBbLe StAnDaRd!!!1!”

Just admit you are so mentally weak that you let a bunch of memes made my someone named based_KEKjesus1836Q convince you that it was time for a second civil war.

I looked at several articles. None of them cited the fire extinguisher.

For many reasons but, primarily, because only one group thought it'd be a good idea to storm our nation's capitol building in an effort to overthrow our federal government because a bunch of clowns have convinced them that the 2020 election was rigged.

I don't know...I guess you could say I kind of draw a line with coup attempts. Silly me, eh?

Lol. No, one group took occupied city blocks for weeks at a time. Burned down every business, car, or whatever in their path.

Go suck black lives matter dicks somewhere else soy boy.

It's hilarious how the exact rhetoric we were all railing against last summer has come full circle.

Police shouldn't have to wait for a weapon to be brandished to shoot someone once a (valid and reasonable) command has been given. Same way police shouldn't have to wait and ask the rioters what they want to break into congress's chambers for.

Being pedantic about exactly how the police officer died is silly. He received injuries on the job due to rioters and died because of them. If an officer was injured during a BLM riot and later died we'd be losing our fricking minds if they started asking "well are we sure it was because they hit him?"

Don't subscribe to the tribalism, and don't become the exact pedant you hated before this incident.

Sorry, but you are not going to box me in. He is dead. But the rhetoric about what happened is not helping the situation. Did not like it was George Floyd and I do not like it now. Whoever struck him with a fire extinguisher needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
