Can't comment on the sexiest of all-time, but when Dolly Madison had Washington's portrait and other important federal papers removed from the White House before the approaching British arrived to wreck things, was one of the sexiest moments by a woman in history imo.
Anytime that name and sexy are in the same paragraph, I start to question my own heterosexuality.
