From all accounts, yes.

Um, positioning himself to make millions with heavy advertising is not hurting him.
My 4 year old saw a wreck the other day and said "They need to call 888-8888!" While you might find it distasteful, the business model works.

Wahlder has had the same commercial on tv for years now. The one with BB Major. I can quote the whole thing

There was one like that in Pineville. Can't recall his name right now.

Gordon is a fantastic guy in real life. He is a close personal friend. He has a great family, very good kids, and is very generous.
Amazing how people can make a snap judgement on a guy without knowing him simply because he is successful and has mastered marketing.

Back in the 90's he was caught with his mistress in my family's restaurant. His wife brought the kids with him and confronted him in front of the whole restaurant.

Yes he does. Those billboard types are not designed for repeat business. Have you ever actually seen a Morris bart disbursement sheet? No one is going back to that.
Morris Bart lives on Audubon Place...he doesn't give a shite about repeat business.

His wife sounds pretty classy too. Bringing the kids along was definitely the right call.

I don't know his brother, but Eulius taught me criminal law at LSU.
He was fascinated with the sexual crimes - fully 1/3 of his course was sex crimes.

Not sure if he's a shyster or not but love his billboards.

I have known Peyton Murphy since I was a kid. I also played ball with/against both. Peyton went to Dunham (Trafton in those days) and Gordon went to U High. Peyton was a Kappa Sig at LSU and Gordon was a Sigma Chi. I chuckle at all the advertising-just two guys who like to make a buck and are comfortable with self-promotion that most others would shy away from. I've always liked Peyton personally.
