I can tell you this from being young and dumb, on a gravel road, no rain in a while, at night, no one short of a fellow closed course racer is going to be close enough to see me through the dust after turn 2.

If you think I’m that then you don’t anything about me. But I stand by my post because I have a wife and two kids that are on the roads and highways virtually daily. Call me crazy but I’d rather they not die in a horrible wreck because some human shite stain thought it would a fun game to run from the cops doing well over 100 MPH.

A tuned and deleted diesel will have around 800 hp easily.
Having said that, a tuned titan 5.6 Will run 145ish with just the limiter removed. 400 hp. Runs out of gearing.

Did this a bit over 10 yrs ago on a Yamaha R6. Cop was coming from the opposite direction so didn’t get our plates, but he put the lights on and did a quick u-turn amd we hit the throttle and jumped to 100+. It was on Hwy. 90 by the MS/LA border, and the cop just gave up. Thought he’d radio ahead because there really isn’t anywhere else to go off Hwy. 90 for a long stretch.
It was stupid, and it was the last time I rode a sportbike on the street. Reflecting on running from the cops at 100+ mph to avoid a ticket when I was a 40something year old dentist with 3 children at home is easily one of the most ignorant things I’ve ever done. From that day on I started doing track days. Trailered the bikes to and from the track and gave up street riding forever.
