But you could take very easy and temporary steps to lessen the chance of them being exposed to this right now and you choose not to because it is inconvenient for you.

Socializing with your friends is more important is what you are saying by your actions.

In the last 2 weeks I’ve been shopping once, and have only spoken to 7 people total in person.

Same here, wife and daughter only. Spoke to my mother through the door of my office briefly.
Haven't been to the grocery in 3 weeks. Going to make a run mid week.

My 6 year old understands sacrifice better than you. She hasn't seen her friends in over 3 weeks, except for video chat, and is fine with it. Not a single complaint, from a 6 year old.

I could be sending him to daycare. We could never step outside the house. They could never step outside the house. I could punch them in the face when they go to eat fried food or drink a coke.

No it’s not. God, you’re such a female. As if any actions anyone takes for any reason are done at the expense of doing something “preferred.” It’s the same logic you bitches use when we tell you you look good in that dress and you want to turn it around into you not looking good in any other clothes. This shite isn’t mutually exclusive, nurse. I can do things to limit exposure for those around me, but if I’m not taking every single step possible, then according to you it’s my fault if anyone around me dies. fricking retarded. If that’s the logic, then let’s just lock everyone up for 3 weeks. I mean, it’s the LEAST we can do to put a stop to this.

Who said he was complaining about anything? I don’t care what you kid hasn’t done. This isn’t a damn competition.

My 89 year old dad, 84 year old mom, and I. I'm trying to keep from getting it for their sake. My mom says people like them should stay in and everyone else go about their regular business. One of the Fed Ex drivers tells me he'll see me tomorrow every time he delivers something. I feel like I've made a new friend.

I've been out and about a bunch, but they've only been out to ride in the car from Ruston to Monroe and back when I went to Sam's, and they rode to Walmart when we picked up groceries and their prescriptions.

It's a real shameful sign how self centered and impatient our world has become.
I pray your family is spared this virus in spite of your carelessness

I pray you don’t teach your daughter to drive or let her ride in cars. Doing so would be careless on your part. Hope you don’t let her eat fried foods either. That’s a death sentence and anyone doing that for our kids should be shot.

ETA: I’ve already had it fwiw. Your prayers are useless.

Just me and the SO. Went see my mom yesterday though and gave her a hug. Could have died in a car accident and never seen her again.

I know if I were old I wouldn’t want want my grandkids scared to come see me over this stupid shite. We live for family and I wouldn’t let this control how I live my life
