I'm very good at ping pong. Not Chinese, but I've been known to beat them handily.
To get better at serving, mix up your speeds, direction, and wrist action. Keep your opponent off guard

This. I used to setup on the edge of the table and would be able to make the ball spin from going off the table to just catching the edge and being unreturnable and a point for me.
Also from the same position I could put a backspin on it and when they did return it it typically went right into the net.
Just gotta figure out what spin you can pull off constantly. Then throw one on there everyone and then.
