Personally 3 times. 1 really sucked, stayed in jail a couple weeks. Never ever want to go back, the food and smells are horrible in there. And it was hot as nutt sack

I have for suspected DWI. The cop caught me when I was in a bad mood, I called his bluff, he failed me during a field sobriety test when I was sober, I had to fight it, got the best attorney I could get, charges dropped.
But guess what, it cost me $6,000. I really didn't win. It never pays to be a cocky dick.

Arrested yes, convicted no, despite the best effort of the DA's office. And boy they tried... they tried.

Never arrested or detained by the police. Only minor traffic offenses and one brief situation where I was profiled for being black, although I'm whiter than sour cream. In hindsight, I refer to the incident as "profiled by proxy."
