Went twice but both cases were settled. It would be better if you could bring your cell phone but it was a paid day off. Got to sleep late go there a couple hours, take a long lunch go back for an hour and call it a day.

Only time that I got picked, it was settled. I would enjoy it just to do something different for a few days.

I've never been picked but I desperately want to be.

I enjoyed it the one time I did it.

I was out of work for 2 days. I got a free stay in a nicer hotel, free meals, and gas reimbursement since I had to drive 100 miles to the courthouse.

Plus, I got to handle drugs and guns.

I enjoy it, and the last time I was the jury foreman in a criminal case.

I liked it. Federal jury, criminal case involving the Banditos biker gang. Pretty interesting.

I like to watch the process....I have been on three juries--one Medicaid fraud, one a guy was attacked by a pit bull, and one was a shooting. We only completed the pit bull trial and gave the dude some money--the others settled.

I would actually enjoy watching the process from that side of the courtroom. Of course, no one would ever keep me on a jury. Seems like an unwritten rule of lawyers that you bump the lawyers off...although I did keep a tax lawyer on a jury once.

I think that would be interesting too

However, I associate courtrooms with work, so I'll pass on having to go into one as a paid day off. Catch-22
