One thing I found a little shocking was that several lots I went to had trees that were not sitting in water. That can't be a good thing.

Calandros (the garden center on Government) was better than LA Nursery.

They were out when we went on Saturday. Gordon sent us to Naylor's on Florida near Oak Villa. Got a very nice 9' Fraiser Fir for $100

Worked here for 4 or 5 years in college and recommend them to everyone. Mr Johnny (Naylors owner) is about as cool of an old man as there is out there and knows his shite.

Place on Perkins/Hyacinth had some good ones over thanksgiving weekend. From what I saw, not a single bad one.
