I swear to God it happens without fail. I kept wondering why my wine glass smelled so bad when I'd bring it outside at a friend's house. He pointed out that if I didn't go outside. It wouldn't smell.
Sure enough....

The same thing happened at my future in laws just three days ago with wine, and it just happened again with beer at the same friends house.
Try it, and take a smell after you bring it back inside.

Nice try, but it’s not just me.

One of my favorite things to do is to dine al fresco. I have never experienced what you describe.

Check with your MD as I think you might have olfactory aids. Very treatable now days.
