Got up early yesterday then got into a project that I just finished. Took a shower and about to go to bed after I finish my last beer.

Me. Been at work since 8 am and awake since 6:30ish. The couple of times I was able to finally dose off tonight, a call would come in and I would be right back wide awake. I’m a firefighter btw. Haven’t been able to get on a good sleep schedule for about the past 2 months. Constantly feel exhausted and have no energy. Doesn’t help I’m in paramedic school and doing ride outs on most of my off days at one of the busiest stations in the city.

Me. My dad died Friday morning about 1245. Slept maybe 2 hrs since.

Sorry to hear that man. Wife’s grandfather passed away Friday evening. Visitation and graveside funeral today.
