Who are the chip and Joanna of Ebr or Lp?

We found a “fixer upper” we would consider buying to live in but it needs 120-150k worth of work to get where we would want it. Knowing nothing about the process of fixing up homes, I’d be looking for a contractor who specializes in fixer uppers. Who are the chip and Joanna’s of ebr or LP? Home is located in Livingston Parish. TIA

I’m sure there are a lot of couples in LP that could flip that into a meth lab. Good positive cash flow.

Ha it looks pretty close to being an old meth lab already. Gonna take some good polishing, but it’s in a location very close to our family and in a school district we’d prefer to be in.
