I'm actually leaving for work and won't be back home until after 8 p.m. tonight, after my after work Klan meeting. My mortgage was due yesterday. I'm grateful that my hard work allows me to be put in a position that my employer finds me valuable to their team and to keep "whiting" a paycheck. And thankfully, my payment posted on-line in time to avoid any late fee. However, I know that if I were unemployed and late with my payment, my skin color would have absolved me from any wrongdoing.
