The sad part is, I know what a lot of these infomercials are.

This has been going on for years...if you ever see a commercial with two or more individuals, the minority will always be the "intelligent" one in the group who pushes the product in question.

I noticed the new Cadillac Escalade commercial the other day. Shows people throughout history in their pampered rides... Egyptian being carried, fancy horse drawn carriage, etc.
Gets to the end and a black couple is riding in their 2015 Escalade... the pull up to a nice house and out comes whitey running to their car to carry in the bags.

Off topic, but I can't deal with the local AGCO commercials that keep airing with the "know-it-all" cajun. Feel like changing the station every time one of them comes on.

Notice all the wealthy leaders they show close up are of what we would consider a minority. The royals in the horse drawn carriage aren't shown up close but then the black family is shown pulling into their mansion and the butt cut hair doo white boy comes running

I literally cursed at my TV the first time I saw that commercial.
