In 25 years, everyone will come to appreciate this monument and its significance. Honoring America’s past triumphs on our 250th birthday should be something that unites us as a Nation. The fact that this will be at the entrance to Arlington National Cemetery gives it even more meaning and significance.

We’ve had malcontents since the Founding. If left up to a majority vote of the colonists in 1776, most would have voted to stay subjects of the King. You’re just following in a long line of malcontents who were on the wrong side of history.
