Went to the Monroe Wal-Mart earlier for some food and toilet paper and a bunch of police cars showed up, they wouldn't let anyone in, and made everyone leave the store.
One of the people leaving said that a suspicious person left a bag or something like that lying around so "bomb threat". Sure it'll be on the local news tomorrow (today).

I actually like this one more than most wal marts. I'd still rather avoid wal mart as much as possible though

Baseline Walmart in Southwest Little Rock has to make the top 10. Damn that place sucks. I live five minutes away from it, drive right by it twice a day, and haven't been there in probably 15 years. There's gotta be no less than 100 drug transactions in that parking lot every night.

Dafaq? I grew up in Morgan City. There are plenty of better Wal-Mart's than Bayou Vista, and it gets worse every time I go back home.

Somehow ended up having to stop at the Atoka, Oklahoma branch of Wally World one night, around 0330 or so. Was passing through the area, Atoka is only about 45 minutes across the border from the North Dallas suburbs. Holy shite that was by far the most depressing building I have ever stepped into. Literally 2 employees working (at least that I saw) and multiple redneck gentlemen and their trailer queens who were giving me the stank eye, apparently because I was wearing a button down shirt and slacks.
ETA-photo of front of building, hundred times worse at 3 in the morning though. I have been in K-Mart locations with more stock on the shelves.

Let's hear the interesting stories
I was in the checkout line behind a woman with 6 baskets full of food, pushed by 6 of her kids, with a kid sitting in each basket. She paid for most of it with food stamps but the dude checking her out wouldn't put her alcohol as a food item, until she gave him a blowjob behind the counter, while I waited. True story.
It may have been 8 baskets, It's been a while.
