It all depends on the Area in a City. The more money available, the hotter the women. FACT.
The Average women in Rice Village, Memorial City, or the Woodlands in Houston are going to Crush some gal in Pearland.
Highland Park in Dallas is going to Destroy Sandbranch in Dallas.
Normally, an SEC College Town is difficult to top for the Co-Ed.

Ole' Miss: Oxford
Tennessee: Knoxville and Nashville as honorable mention.
LSU has some amazing C-Eds as well.

I will make an exception to Arkansas in the SEC last year. WOOF. There were some downright homely girls walking that campus. Maybe all the hot ones were doing things other than going to class?

Overall, the entirety of the south has beautiful women. As far as my neck of the woods, Homewood, AL is full of milf and future milf material. I’d say the same for the touching suburbs as well. Downtown can be hit or miss between the pockets of hipsters as young professionals, really just depends on your type.

Pure college towns like Athens and Oxford merit their own category. It's apples and oranges to compare them with big cities, and those girls aren't ripe enough for me anyway.
That said, I was absolutely blown away when I moved to Atlanta. There are more hot black chicks in Atlanta than there are hot chicks of any race in Louisiana.
