I own a shopping center that has a PI firm, insurance agent, roofing contractor, chiropractic clinic, real estate branch, and the strip is anchored with a used car lot. I’m trying to get a pay day loan place in when the used car salesman doesn’t pay his rent.

The fact that you don’t understand that a 15 year old roof who went through a giant hail storm and according to SF only has 1sq of damage…shows you don’t understand roofing. I wasn’t stating the year to say insurance should replace it but that at that age, it is much more susceptible to damage

And how much of that damage was due to roof condition and deterioration? You just confirmed my point. You think the purpose of insurance is do get you a new roof after a storm when the roof should’ve already been replaced.
