85% of Lafourche parish would give you the shirt off of their back, the other 15 would steal your shirt and stab you in the back.

Lincoln is top-notch/What would Jesus do territory -- some exceptions on streets named after states; St. Tammany -- maybe I need to know more. The WBR people I know are all fine citizens. I know people in most parishes, too (I have lived in Shreveport, Bossier, Monroe, NOLA, and BR).

St. T is getting good reports, regardless of what I think. All of the St. Francisville people I know are either blue collar Dow workers or OT ballas.

There are way too many peasants in those parishes though.

Lots of class in my section of Lafayette. For example, people around here will look down on you if you go to work out at the Club without a personal trainer.

No offense (well, not much), but this title won't go to a Cajun/Coonass parish

For once, being a repressed Baptist pays off

My proviso was generally rather than specifically directed

Still, apologies. I forgot your legalistic, literal Yankee mind.

this title won't go to a Cajun/Coonass/Yat/Whatever the term is for a NO suburban: Read CATHOLIC parish

Normally I would agree with you about Catholics, but this is Louisiana.

The Protestant parishes are just so poor, blue collar, and/or poorly lit. St Tammany has to win this smartest-retard competition.

Lincoln. Small, wealthy, and a third of the population or thereabouts is directly associated with a university.

Plus we had segregated schools through last year!
