This place looks like a compound. Has a huge gate with an F on it. Had a huge guard house. Unreal.

Drove back there today to kill time between calls and was blown away. I had no idea houses like that were back there.

Even the house right before his was incredible. There's also one about a mile from the entrance on the left side of the road. One of those Mexican tinted color houses. Almost orange but fricking huge.

Walter Boasso's house. For real. According to EBR Assessor page.

This is a fun site to have at your disposal FYI.

Good for you. You must be doing well. I recall you asking about Jefferson Terrace a couple of years ago.

I never actually looked in there. Was just interested in what they go for being in that part of town. Lot of old houses.

They're old but they have 1 acre sized lots. Some are even larger.

I love Jefferson Terrace and Oak Hills. I would definitely buy one of those older houses renovated or not. The lots are fricking awesome and in the city. Can't be beat IMO. But alot of snotty wives want newer looking shite. That keeps those prices afforadable /sqft. Hell yes.

If someone can afford a 300k plus house I consider them to be doing well. What's wrong with my statement?
