Not heavy equipment. I know many and their bodies are broke before retirement age.

Lake Charles area myself. Do Plumbing. Either go the sowela route or start calling up companies to be a plumber helper.

There is an interesting video on the CNBC Make It youtube channel about plumbing. Guy makes it sound like its a good field if you are willing to work hard.

Plumbing is very good. There’s a lot of training and certifications involved.
But can be a great career especially if you want to run a couple trucks.
