Ever wonder why genocide, slavery and women as chattel never made the Commandments cut?

Seems to me if it is all or none, like you suggest, then it is worth questioning why these ten were in scope and others, a tad bit more egregious that thy neighbor’s ox, were left out of scope.

Why do you think these were out of scope?

Well if there is a Jesus and he determines my destiny at death, then I'm screwed. Until then, I will keep my intrusive thoughts to myself.

So why not just one compound sentence commandment?

Im not sure exactly where the line on “covet” is… I don’t want to marry them, if that helps.

Should be the answer for everyone, because anytime you act against His will you're putting something ahead of Him.

based on the results of this survey, most folks have no concern for lying or being lied to. Interesting

I have used GD and it always makes me feel like when I do.

Pathetically, GD is used constantly in media.
IMHO, GD is far worse than frick, shite, piss, etc.

Probably the Sabbath one the most. I've worked more weekends than I'd like to admit. Never again though.

How did you miss this one? If you think really hard about it, I bet you can figure out which commandment covers genocide.

Slavery and women as chattel should be covered under thou shall not steal. Don't steal anyone else's freedom.
