I don't know if I'll ever get used to "it's been a minute", "clap back" or the never gets old "I have a boyfriend".
Recent ones that are getting out of hand are to predicate a sentence with "I mean" and a form of "to/for me". The last being used mostly by sports talking heads.

One of the legitimate definitions of solid is “dependable and reliable”. That isn’t even slang. It’s a real adjective.
As for restaurants- very few are ‘solid’
