That is obviously the last course of action. I think we should have just continued on as normal. Instead of pissing on the Constitution, we should have instead suspended large gatherings such as concerts, promoted good hygiene, and advised older citizens to stay in doors when possible.
Instead of doing that we decided to kill the global economy. We amputated our arm to treat a cut.

Oh, really. Well...I'm going to try to go to church on Sunday. When the doors are locked and services are still not going on, I will know that my first amendment rights are still suspended.
Also...when I can't host a party or get together in my own home because the state of Virginia has suspended the right to free assembly, I will know my first amendment rights are still suspended.

Nobody is prohibiting, specifically, churches from gathering. They are preventing any gatherings, which happens to include churches.
You aren't being prosecuted. Your rights aren't under fire. If you wanna take up arms and form a militia find a better excuse than this.

You don't need to be in church to pray. And, honestly, organized religion has only led to corruption over the years. Government hasn't specifically targeted religious institutions, thus your rights under the Free Exercise Clause are intact according to the most conservative of Supreme Court Justices. We live in a republic. Not an anarchistic utopia.
