2010 version with the ribbon tabs and quick access toolbar. i have a long, formal signature block for new emails, and a shorter, more casual one for replies. i like my navigation pane on the left with an equal north/south split reading pane to the right. never do read receipts--that's creepy shite. i always send a notification when accepting a meeting invite b/c i think it's polite to let them know i got it and to expect me. i dunno man, that's just a really weird question to ask.
