There’s gonna be a lot more innocent people hurt because the legislature just gleefully cut the funding for a bunch of Orleans prosecutors for the sole reason that they want to see people in New Orleans suffer.

Her and her dad opened the door for JW to come in. They were so inept at their jobs they broke the law to win and still let eventual murderers walk free.

Truth. The Cannizzaro office was led by blowhards who spent their resources on vendettas like trying to plant child porn on well regarded local doctors while doing nothing to go after the gang bangers. I have friends who worked under both Canizarro and Jason and they all preferred working under Jason’s.
Obviously there’s a ton of criticism to go around with how Williams tenure started but he had the good sense to correct course. His office is taking down front businesses and using data to go after the shite that generates crime. Cannizzaro was a bunch of cowboys going who blew money and time on popcorn headlines which is how this entire thing started.
