Nah, it will continue to be a growing suburb of Nola but it’s 1:15 from BR…

I see Livingston parish continuing to grow for BR folks.

LP and AP are limited in growth potential for Baton Rouge without infrastructure fixes.

AP in particular has issues because the Intercoastal of LA1 and the Sunshine Bridge are big choke points. A barge fricks up and one or both is out of commission for quite a while.
