I wish the Louisiana legislature would pass a law limiting the use of video or moving billboards to before 11:59pm and after 5am. Driving on the interstate late at night and having to see the blinding video screens is an absolutely dangerous and unnecessary distraction.
On foggy days in NOLA, the glow from the Smoothie king screens can be seen from anywhere in the city.
