condenser is outside around the side of the house...about as far away from a door or window as you can get at my house.
Thermostat is in the hall and the evaporator is directly above it, in the attic.

My swamp cooler blows into the guest bedroom window. Wish it was setup differently to blow into the ducts that the furnace uses, but at least there’s ducts to one day upgrade to central a/c.
