I had Cajun food at a stall in a Wilmington, DE flea market. Most of the other stalls were run by Amish (or maybe Mennonites. I’m not sure). The owner told me she used to work at Bayona.

Breckinridge. Got a little place called the lost Cajun that apparently is pretty good.

There are a couple. Trapps being the best imo. Owned by the Trappy’s hot sauce people.

Not full on restuarant but saw cajun items on numerous menus in Fiji.

I generally dont order cajun food outside of Louisiana because its usually pretty bad.

Ate at a Cajun restaurant in Toronto and it was pretty bland and sad.

Not to derail, but Shanghai and Guangzhou have some legit Italian restaurants run by Italian ex pats. I have not found a very good steak restaurant in China as most of their steak is imported.

There is one in Long Beach, CA. I highly recommend if you like bland unseasoned food.

Someone from Lafayette opened one up in Hermosa Beach. He also has a food truck or two around and was on some reality TV show about food trucks IIRC. Seems to do pretty well and the food is good but I feel like it is a little bland to appeal to Cali people. I would always see the guy around town in a ULL hat and he displays ULL signs all over.

Mariana Trench?

I have a client in NMI on Saipan.

I’d love to check it out.
