Politics. Which means it'll never be solved.

It makes very angry when I think about her case.

Hopefully things are beginning to improve in EBR and the city.

My heart hurts for her family though when I consider what they have endured.

She was executed on a public street and certain members of city government insinuated that it would never have happened if she had only taken a safer route, makes my blood boil ??

Yeah, it's really about what he's allowed to report. Media is controlled.

Well we will see. Either way he didn’t touch Broome or Murphy Paul and now they both are gone.

Personally-as someone who has met the guy a couple times, I think he just likes the low hanging fruit. Easy work and he gets the accolades and one thing I know - he likes the attention.

I would prefer Lee Zurik.

1) Not all LE departments have body cams

2) Not all LE keep their body cams active while on duty

3) Not all LE homicides happen on duty

Agreed. Geofence data from the exact time and location might be the key. Google and the phone companies have the data, just takes the right people asking the right questions.
I would love to see this killer brought to justice, but I also don’t want to live in a society where these companies turn over geolocation data to law enforcement without a warrant.

The way BRPD handled that case was absolutely despicable. I can tell you for a fact that if I was that girl’s father, I would have non-hesitantly moved my entire family to a different state.

Moving the family out of the state after the fact seems a bit reactive rather than proactive.

Police probably have an idea who did it.
Right from almost the beginning, I've thought that the apparently complete lack of information released pointed to it being a cop or a recent ex-cop with friends on the force.
