I dont mind the restaurants if they are a place like Zippy's. I also dont mind going to a mexican restaurant for margaritas and chips and salsa.

Drinks are priced about the same or cheaper than Happy's. You are correct on the 40 somethings though. I've always brought a date so they never really bothered me. I wouldn't recommend it as a place to pick up females though.

It's an ok bar right after work. Usually 5-10 people there. For just a couple drinks with the guys rotolos isn't bad though

I liked Pelican House. The waitresses were cute, the bar food was slightly different yet good and there are lots of beers to choose from.
I'm sorry if that makes me a beer snob, but I'd prefer something a little different than the big three. That's just me.
