Where does Chase Bank find its employees?

All branches are staffed with almost exclusively black men and women and they're always the friendliest, most pleasant people to work with, regardless of employee or location.
Quite a few area businesses would benefit greatly from mimicking their hiring practices, whatever they are.
Those are the people Gravy should be glorifying.

None are actual bankers in the classic sense. Maintenance and sales in the branches nowadays

So basically only hire black people.
Not racist at all.

What the frick? lol... Are you asking where they get friendly and pleasant black people from?
They probably just put effort into customer service and that's how the company runs things.
Like if you go to popeyes, its usually mostly black people there and you get the worse customer service ever... But when you come across a honky working there, they are no different. Go to Chick Fil A, its probably about 65% white, but it doesn't matter. All the employees serve with a great attitude. Some companies just don't put a lot into CS, some do.

No. my point is that they somehow have nailed the hiring game, and they just so happen to be all black. Very few businesses have done such an incredible job, especially in a city with a shite applicant pool like Baton Rouge.

With referrals to bankers for new accounts they can easily average $15-20/per.

Amazingly right? There are still people that have to go there to cash a payroll check.

I bank with Chase, but I couldn't tell you the last time I had to go into a bank.
I never really thought about it until now

I deal with some their client support for work and they're a huge pain in the arse to deal with sometimes.

My bank - just this week I walked into a branch and was waited on by a guy with dreadlocks - my how times have changed. To his credit, he was very friendly.
