You're right, I meant the color. I wear shorts, Vinyard Vines, Travis Matthew, or Peter Millar, but didn't think of them as khaki's in the same sense.
Meant nothing light color that would show sweat.

the sizes were fine for me, but keep in mind they have the liners built in...so I roll with no underwear. Might affect the fit slightly.
I got a couple of the 9" and a couple of 7" shorts and liked both. 5 is not for me.
