Where can I purchase a trailer wiring harness locally?

Auto parts stores.
If they don't have what you need try a UHaul store.

Yeah, any local trailer company will have them too. Got mine at a Leonard's.

Are you kind of new to this trailer stuff ? Some unsolicited advice,if you are working on your lights. The majority of the time that lights don't work on a trailer the problem is the ground connection. Don't just ground through the hitch, use the white wire. Usually extend it and screw to trailer to make good connection.
