Fun fact: Salmon P. Chase is pictured on the $10k bill. The massive bank was named after him. He was the Treasury Secretary, a chief justice, senator and governor during his lifetime.

When I was a cub scout in the seventies, I got to hold a stack of 10,000 ones, and every bill up to a hundred thousand i think was the highest. Inside the vault of Commercial National Bank downtown Shreveport where they shot some Queen Latifa bank robbery movie.

Try to get one that’s been in circulation. $1800-2000. I think I’d rather that anyway. Won’t seem so fake looking.

Have a 1000 bill paid 1400 for it about 10 years ago. Paid 700 for a 500 bill
Both in excellent condition. Looking for a 10K bill but they scarce at a reasonable price.
