Not an expert but fooled with coax a hundred times. Black and white cables are the same, white for white trim, black for dark trim.

color is meaningless but it indicates different brand wire and possibly of different quality, although its rare it matters.
only important thing is NEVER run them next to, over or parallel withing a foot of any electrical wires. electrical wires will interfere with the cable signals and you will have bad pictures with static like the old over air TV of yesteryear
if you have to cross over electrical wires then stable it to the roof rafters like a bridge to maintain at minimum of a 12" space, the more the better
