I think in NYC they say frick you, you fricking frick. Not aimed at you OP, but I find it funny.

I restrict myself to foreign language cuss words. People can tell I am cussing, but they have no idea what I just said, so they usually aren't offended.

"For helvede" is my go to phrase. (for hell vuh duh) It means "for frick's sake", but it sounds rather tame.
