When it’s hot outside I know you shouldn’t talk about it because everyone already knows

It’s a little toasty outside. At least there is a breeze. Although it feels like heat from an oven hitting me.

Checking in from SWFL where it's only 91°...with a heat index of 105°. The humidity really does kick your arse. And it hasn't even rained in a couple days.

What's the deal with so many places cranking the AC to what feels like just above freezing when it's really hot? People are already dressed as lightly as they possibly can be, so then they freeze when they come inside because it's 55 degrees.

GF is flying back from DFW today and almost had to buy a Dallas hoodie in the airport it was so cold.

Friend had roofers putting on a new roof this week in Houston.
Felt so bad for the guys that she ended up setting up an ice chest with drinks and chairs in the shade as well as filling a little tub with ice and water so they could dip shirts/towels in to cool themselves off.

They worked hard, but could tell it was a struggle.
