It depends on your planting cycle, but for frick's sake, it's almost November. If you're going to harvest some outdoor, do it NOW.
Plus, the genetics are probably shite anyways. About the only Kansas strain I've heard about is Golden Goat. And that's the result of a backyard grower accidentally keeping some males in his garden on some out of state strains.

Even my nearly pure sativas are curing now. That shite needs to be harvested now, and probably a couple weeks ago. But two guys with hundreds of plants, and y'all are fricked. You'll definitely need an auto trimmer to have a chance at having anything that's worth smoking. Trimming is tedious as hell, and why a vast majority of smokers will never grow a second crop.
And curing, after genetics and proper nutrients, is critical to good weed.
I'd like to see what his finished product looks like. He's foolish for leaving the male plantsin the garden. Less yield and strength. It's the difference of a few hundred dollar pound, and a 3-4 thousand dollar pound.

Precisely why I asked why he was growing reggie. Throwing shite seeds out in a field is exactly what the Mexicans do. Smoking it probably gives you a headache.

I'm sure of it. Even great weed goes to shite without proper drying and curing. Over drying, sand it taste like shite. Under drying, and you'll have mold. That's usually where the Mexicans go wrong.
In high school, we got our schwag from Jamaicans. And in all honesty, it was better than a lot of sensi we'd see. Because a lot of the bc bud was grown by Asian gangs that would vacuum seal it while still damp. Not that big bud is a great strain, mostly just a high yielder. But it could've been much better.

Yeah, you're talking about Kansas. I won't even truce my car through Kansas because of my Colorado plate. I posted my pics, but I was growing a legal amount within my state. Technically, they should've been in a greenhouse. But I'm in Boulder, so nobody gives a damn.
But even in Colorado, I'm not about to post photos of my buddy making shatter. If it were rosin, those are okay to post. But keep it legal.

Even more disappointing than industrial hemp being illegal is that there are actually efforts by the federal governments to eradicate all feral cannabis that has descended from the previous industrial hemp areas.

It's tough to see what's going on with the flowers, because it's kinda blurry on my phone. But I'm thinking that's hemp. I don't see any sugar leaves, just fan leaves.

Now..an indoor grow in like a gorilla grow tent, 600-1000 mh/hps..and let's say 4-5 indica dominant hybrids. Good to go.
If two dudes who know nothing...first off I'd be surprised if the bud was even 1/5 potential. And feminized seeds??? Who knows.

Trimming 5 plants solo takes me all night. Keep the trimmings for bubble hash..etc
