Where do I start?

New city, new career, new gf, lots of changes. New is relative since I haven't been on here in a really long time, but all better than they were before and very happy with them!

How's the married life??

Where do you live now and what are you doing?

TBH, married life is the same as dating life.

Still in Iowa, just relocated for the job. Insurance! I'm a corporate sheep now

Please don't tell my gf that. She bought a house recently and has started with the subtle hints I'm a long ways off, though

I cried through the entire book. Then at the end I was crying so hard I couldn't even read anymore. My sister in law wanted me to go see it with her in the theater and I was like, nah, I better not.
Prom has promised to watch it with me. It's part of our relationship agreement that he watches one girly movie with me a year.
He's two years behind.

I cry at weddings too. I'm telling ya.. romantic love-related stuff makes me cry more than legitimately tragic things.

This is good to know. Maybe I'll hold it together when my time comes too. Nerves might aid in that.

Don't let Jones see this.

He watches them anytime I ask

He's seen both Sex and the City movies a few times. He admitted they can be funny

(Of course, his favorite TV show of all time is 90210)

I've only gotten P.S. I Love You, The Time Travelers Wife, and The Notebook out of him. He liked all of them. I don't know why he fights it.

Ohhhhh. Well you watch cheesier movies than me, so I can see why he fights them.

I can't do TOO Nicholas Sparks-esq.

I read the most hilarious article on The Notebook the other day.

i typically laugh at media engineered to evoke stupid emotions, so it probably wouldn't work

Nope, I'm on the implementing/underwriting side so I don't have to sell anything luckily. I'm not sure how good I'd be at actually selling insurance

Ours was low key and chill. So that had to do with the calmness.

Jones isn't really a movie person, so I think that's why. He's not the type that has movies he's wanting to see.. so when we decide to watch one, he lets me decide what.

You can't laugh at The Fault in Our Stars. It's about cancer kids. You soulless bastard.
