When the person at the light in front of you is not paying attention to the light that just turned green and everyone behind them is going to miss their turn

Once upon a time, we found a friend of ours passed out drunk at a stoplight with his head on the horn. Needless to say, one of my buddies drove him the rest of the way...

At red light yesterday looking to turn left. Light turns green and person in front of me is not turning. Okay, they might not be from around here and are waiting on people coming from the opposite direction to make their intentions known. All cars move, and car in front of me doesn't move. At that point, I tap on the horn. The vehicle in front of me has their left turn blinker on and then proceeds to go straight. It's at that point that I lay on the horn.

A millisecond after the light goes green and the car in front of you doesn’t move

Distracted drivers need to stop being offended when someone honks to let them know the light turned green.
The other day I’m behind a guy at a red light and I can see his head down looking at his phone. Well the light turns green and he just sits there. So after about 4-5 seconds, I give him a quick honk-honk, didn’t lay on it, and he looks up and starts moving, then shoots me the bird. I almost wanted to follow him and beat him senseless.
People are fricking assholes and need their arse kicked.

When you deliver ups packages in a rural area

The best time I find for it is when a dumbass in front of me at the red light gets so involved in their cellphone that they're oblivious to the light turning green and they just sit there. Those are the times when I wish I had installed a loud 18 wheeler's horn!

From personal experience, apparently it’s never justified to honk at a cop. Not from personal experience, if you choose to flip off a cop, that’s protected free speech but if your arm is outside your vehicle, the officer can ticket you for improper turn signaling.

I used to work with a guy from Marrero who would lay on the horn at crowded red lights. He said it helps the light turn green faster haha.
We were in a labeled company vehicle. Everyone around us was agape like wtf.
This same guy also wore bright colors to Boomtown because he was certain slot machines responded to the colors and would give out more.
