Under a dress shirt bc a good dress shirt you can see through and nobody wants to see your nipples.
Not under a polo. Not under an oxford unless you're wearing a tie.

I wear a white crew neck undershirt with almost everything. Not wearing an undershirt with a business or dress shirt shows that you lack a certain level of upbringing.
In some cases, I wear the undershirt backwards so it rides higher in the front.

I always wear an undershirt. It's like underwear for your pits. Unless I'm working in the yard or something, and then I probably am wearing an undershirt and nothing else.
T shirts make your shirts last longer and take the sweat while leaving your outside shirt dry.

I used to wear one under a nice t-shirt too but then you are adding to the problem of increased sweat production if you do this in the Summertime down here. T-shirts just have to take one for the team.
