this is the funniest thing about it. They get so mad and don't understand your financial situation yet they are all millionaires

What, my answer wasn't good enough?

Well that escalated quickly.
That wasn't really my point. Personally, I don't understanding spending that much on a truck. You can get plenty of truck with nice features for half of that. Like I said, if you use it to do "pick up stuff" it can quickly get beat to hell.
Different strokes I guess.

Well, you could ride a bike for much less than driving a car, so why do any of us buy cars?

14s will be in production at the KC Plant until the Christmas break shut down and retool for the 15s. I wouldn't look for much selection until after first of the year. The other plant will retool and switch to the 15s sooner but I don't know when.

Based on Fords less than stellar engineering prowess (I own one) I sure as heck would wait out the first year.
The first production year is basically the beta test for the design no matter what the commercials say...

I sell Fords. You can order them now but they will not hit the lots until February most likely. Mid to late January at the earliest. With all the studying I've been having to do they'll be worth the wait

Some can, but too far of a distance required to travel or lack of a safe bike route makes this option impractical for most. Unfortunately urban sprawl, poor city planning, and the overall American life style makes biking an unrealistic transportation option in most communities.
However, I always road my back to campus when I lived a few blocks from LSU.

Well, Ford can do like Chevy and build most of their trucks in Mexico and still charge that much
Posted on 10/2/14 at 9:40 pm to BRL79
Just built an almost fully loaded lariat that came out to 48,000. Probably wait until January 2016 and get it for 38,000.

I would buy one of these regardless of cost.
Posted on 10/2/14 at 9:53 pm to CP3LSU25
I'm expecting them to start coming in December. Scheduled production is still slim, there won't be sufficient supply for a while.

They need to make this but in 4 door. Something to compete with the Tahoe/Yukon. Would buy?
The expeditions are fugly

I agree, Ford is just letting GM have that business. And it's substantial. Yukons and Acadias are everywhere. Expeditions and Explorers, notsomuch.
