It was a little while after I turned 30 and I happened to look at my hands. I noticed that the wrinkles looked just like what I remembered my moms looking like when I was a kid.

When I started getting small aches and pains here and there and they did not go away after rest. Oh well.....

Late 20s - body aches accompany hang overs
Early 30s - wrinkles, hair loss, hair growth in ears and eye brows. Multi day hangovers.
Late 30s - have to be careful getting into my car or else I'll sit on a nut.

Nurse(damn phone)I used to make fun of my mom singing along with those commercials that sold music fro like the 60's and 70's. Now when the commercials for songs of the 80's comes on and I start singing along I know my kids are thinking damn my dad is old.

Seeing some of the music artists you grew up listening to grow old, into their 70's...makes you feel old. They looked so young back then.
