wearing pajamas.
Yeah, what always makes me snicker is seeing these boys in PJ bottoms at the gym. With their crocks on. You're seriously gonna crush weights in that? I mean, what could look less masculine than wearing PJ's in public?

Pathetic.

Soft society my farmer grandparents would be bewildered by.

There was an AA lady at Harrah’s N.O. wearing a onesie and slippers.

Amazing that there isn't a dress code at more places.

I mean I wear sweats everyday and pretty much anywhere I go. But I have a good reason. However I still have enough class to at least wear a nice pair of jeans and a collar shirt when needed.

I’m pretty sure this fad started with a certain demographic.

Is this the new fad?

It’s either just people realizing that it doesn’t matter what you’re wearing to something like youth sports or the gas station. Or it’s culture culture. I choose to respond assuming the former, as the latter is agreed upon by all present.

I’m guessing OP is over 50. Do you freak out about people wearing shorts at the airport?

Airports are just different. I would much rather wear my sweats while flying. But I would not dress with half my arse sticking out. There’s a big difference.

When I become King doing this will land you on a chain gang for a few months.

If you’re going to put some energy to go out and enjoy dinner somewhere, have some decency to look put together.

You don’t see this type of thing at non-chain restaurants for the most part.

You see it at places designed to appeal to as broad an audience as possible—including people that eat out every night because the thought of putting forth effort to prepare their own meals is too much for them. Which is sadly an enormous portion of the population.

Is everyone that visits chains that way? No, of course not. I fricking love Chilis. But I know what I’m getting when we go there.
