Five Guys is ok but I live so close to so many mom and pop burger places I just go there.

In addition to being surprised by the price, I've been surprised by how not good it is.

For the money, Baja Burger is next door in Hoover and much better (probably about the same price).

I'd rather have a Sonic burger than Five Guys.

True story, it's called Five Guys because it used to be $5 for a burger, clever right?

Can’t believe all the Newks hate. They have damn good food. Get a Cobb salad and you can get 2 meals from it. I usually keep a $2 bag salad and mix it together. My wife and I can eat that for a meal between us.

Try the chicken salad sandwich or the Royal. Damn fine sandwiches. The Royal with Cajun mustard and Italian meats is damn good.

Stop by the condiment bar and load up on pickles, roasted garlic, and Parmesan cheese too.

Prices are pretty good too, considering. The sandwiches are like $8 and you get a good side with it. Big salads are about that price too.

Basically paying $10 for a burrito that is 75% rice. 1/2 my bites are just rice at Chipotle. It’s a perfect example of blind cult brand where sheep just go because they think they are cooler for doing it.

I love the chicken Pesto sammich and the Mac n Cheese there.

Their salad are legit as well.

I think Moe's SW Grille is much better. More variety, more ingredients.

If I could get my wife to stop getting the kids fast food for lunch every other day, I’d be able to retire 5 years sooner.
