I’m not reading all the pages, but I would be mildly disappointed in the OT if someone hasn’t quoted Mix-A-Lot yet. You can do side bends and sit ups, but please don’t lose that butt.

Maybe i’m just an old get off my lawn guy but I’m noticing more and more girls at the gym working the arse. I’m not talking cardo, it’s workouts to make their arse look bigger. Girls used to try to trim and firm. Bulk is in, but like guys wanting biceps and chest the girls are trying to build that butt. I personally don’t find a big arse sexy
