I live in a 40 ft converted sea-can. It's 320 SF but I have an outdoor covered kitchen so i'm usually only in it just to sleep.

If anyone asks me what size my house is I'm honest. I live in a 1900 square foot house and only use about 1500 of the 1900.
I'd much rather eat where I want, do what I want and travel where I want than have more square footage that I wont use. You can do a lot more each month when you dont have the unnecessary $500 extra house note.
